Tai Lung is the main antagonist of Kung Fu Panda. He was the adoptive son and former student of Shifu, as well as a powerful master of the Leopard Style of kung fu.

Trained by Shifu at the Jade Palace, Tai Lung was raised under the impression that he was to become the Dragon Warrior. However, after he was denied the title by Oogway, Tai Lung revealed his true dark nature by rampaging the Valley, resulting in his twenty-year incarceration. After breaking out of prison, he sought to claim the Dragon Scroll and take his place as the Dragon Warrior once again. However, despite being a warrior of great skill, strength, and determination, Tai Lung finally met his match when he was defeated by Po, the true Dragon Warrior.

Ultimate Nickelodeon Brawl Stars X[]

Tai Lung appears as a playable character in Ultimate Nickelodeon Brawl Stars X. He is the only one of his show to appear. Tai Lung doesn't appear in the TV-series but he was the main antagonist of the movie.

Bio(Original)[]

He has honed his punches to perfection, and his fists hunger for a suitable target. He's got a fever and the only cure is a good fight.

Bio(Switch Version)[]

A solitary fighter who wields demonic strength, having slain his master to gain the power of the Dragon Warrior. He craves a meaningful battle to the death, and wanders in search of a powerful challenger who can defeat him.

Hyper Combos[]

Raging Dragon Warrior: Tai Lung fires a flaming beam of ki from his palms. In UNBSX, the attack has two forms: the Agyou (Flattering Form), and Ungyou (Growling Form). The former is a stream of multiple Gouhadoukens in rapid succession.
Messatsu Gou Shouryuu: Tai Lung performs multiple Gou Shouryuukens on the opponent, burning them with dark purple flames. After rising on the final blow, Tai Lung gathers a dark ball of energy, absorbs it then crushes his foes face first to the ground in midair.
Shun Goku Satsu: The most powerful technique for those who have fully mastered the 1000 scrolls of Kung-Fu. Tai Lung poses then warps via Ashura Senkuu towards the opponent to grab them. The screen flashes with light and violent strikes are seen as the might of the 16 hells bombard the foe while the screen is blacked out. Tai Lung and the opponent reappear, with the opponent face-down on the ground covered in violet flames and the signature kanji character for 'heaven' is burning in the background (this happens of the opponent is K.O.ed from the attack, but it now appears whenever the move connects in UNBSX).

Gameplay[]

Tai Lung is an intimidating fighter who is willing to fight to the extreme, and is both resourceful and unpredictable, having mastered various styles of kung fu. His fighting style is based in the same vein as the all-around characters, with a much more offense-oriented design. His mix of raw attack power, combined with moves that can control the air and keep him mobile, allow him to maintain a fierce onslaught offensive that can end matches quickly. However, Tai Lung's power is offset by very low stamina and stun, meaning that any whiffed attack or defensive opening could irreversibly tip the scales against him and lead to a massive punishing; as a result, heavy investment on the player's part is required to properly utilize his full potential. In-story, it was often claimed that Tai Lung's low durability a representation of him holding back his power in order to enjoy his fights, which handicaps himself.
