Mr. Huggles is one of the most common enemies appearing in Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots. The most common form of him is him wielding a giant green hammer, with which he will try to hit you. He sometimes also is seen wielding a cannon to shoot at you, or hovering in the air with a propeller.
Mr. Huggles can also be played in the game by entering a cheat code, which is; 654168. He doesn't have a special outfit that can be unlocked, but instead you must enter his special costume through a cheat code which gives you Exo-Huggles 300. He is able to kill most enemies in one hit.
